Saturday 31st March 2007 at the Sala Puccini in Centro Congressi Arena, Verona Fairs, in the framework of the event Vinitaly 2007 a presentation was held of the book “Olio e Vino nell’Alto medioevo” [Oil and Wine in Early Middle Ages], Proceedings of the Fifty-Fourth Week of study of CISAM Foundation (Spoleto 20th-26th April 2006).
A solid public of operators, experts and news reporters of the sector, in addition to many academy members of Morsiani Association attended the presentation of the book made by prof. Giuseppe Sergi, professor of Medieval History at Turin University and member of the Scientific Board of CISAN Foundation, and made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Italian Academy of grapevine and wine – Giuseppe Morsiani Association, whose President, prof. Antonio Calò participated as chairman/moderator of the debate.
